Order & Payment Info

1. Requesting Your Treats

Think of your order form as a conversation starter! Since everything is small-batch and made-to-order, submitting a form is a request, not a final order. I’ll personally review my schedule and your request details, then send you a formal confirmation once I’ve made sure I can give your bake the attention it deserves.

2. Securing Your Spot (Payments)

To keep things fresh and fair, payment is due in full at the time of confirmation. Because I shop for your specific ingredients (like those fresh strawberries!) right after you order, I don’t start the oven until the payment is processed.

Quick Confirmation: Please complete your payment within 24 hours of approval to keep your date on my calendar. If payment isn't received, I may have to release that spot to another hungry customer!

Easy Ways to Pay: I accept Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and Apple Pay. 

* A Note on Cash: I do accept cash during pre-arranged meet-ups or deliveries. However, since payment is required before I start baking, digital payments are usually the fastest way to get your order moving!

3. Changes & Cancellations

Life happens! If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Because these treats are custom-made just for you, I’m unable to offer refunds or cancellations once I’ve started the baking process.

4. Pickup & Delivery

We will coordinate the perfect time and place for your "Public Meet Up" or "Home Delivery" during the confirmation process. Once your treats are safely in your hands, Mere’s Munchies is no longer responsible for their condition—so drive carefully with those cheesecakes!

No-Shows: Since our bakes are perishable, any orders not picked up at the agreed-upon time are non-refundable.

5. Kitchen Safety (Allergens)

While I maintain a very clean and organized home kitchen, please be aware that I bake in a space that handles nuts, gluten, and dairy. I cannot guarantee an environment 100% free of all allergens.
